1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to 99ba. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 99ba website located at https://99ba.io and all associated services, games, promotional offers, and features made available through the platform (collectively referred to as the "Service").

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 99ba services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username and password. Operating more than one 99ba account, whether individually or in conjunction with another person, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 99ba reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses or promotional credits applied to those accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through them pending investigation. Any original deposited balance may be returned at the platform's discretion following a completed review.

As part of our commitment to player safety and regulatory best practices, 99ba may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service (MFS) statement for address verification. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• 99ba reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 99ba reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive account balances after providing reasonable advance notice to the registered email address. 5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

99ba offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to players who are at least 21 years of age and hold a verified 99ba account in good standing.

• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method constituting bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus winnings.

Wagering requirements specify the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 must be wagered using those funds before withdrawal is permitted). Behaviour that is abusive, fraudulent, or designed to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Collusion with other players or coordinating with third parties to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display malfunctions. Any winnings obtained as a result of a confirmed technical error are void and will be removed from your account.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the 99ba platform to process funds of criminal origin.
• Placing bets with the intention of circumventing wagering requirements rather than participating genuinely in the game.
